The rooms were very nice and the bedding and pillows were comfortable. The previous reviews mentioning the “unfinished ceiling” don’t understand that it’s supposed to look that way as the room theme is clearly industrial modern. However- the bathroom in our room was somewhat dirty. The floors and walls really need a very deep clean. There was staining on the walls and loose caulking on the floor in the shower. The area where the flooring met the walls was also grimy. Additionally, our balcony door did not lock, and the way the balconies were so close to the neighboring one made that concerning. Stayed here last week for 2 nights post cruise. Ideal location in Miami beach for walking or taking public transport. Lots cafes/bars/restaurants nearby and only 5 mins walk to South Beach. Room was basic but comfortable, good shower. Fridge & safe in room. We arrived around 11.30am amd although check in is not until 3pm, the lovely girl on reception found a room that was ready for us and let us have our room straight away which was very nice of her. The bar/restaurant is currently being refurbished so no facilities at the moment (which we were not told when we booked) and the restaurant terrace is out of action as a result. There is a rooftop pool area which was very nice, sbd you can see the ships leaving from the roof too. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a very walkable area and just a few blocks from the beach. Beach chairs and bikes are provided, which was a nice bonus, and the rooftop pool was a great added plus. There are several outdoor terraces to relax. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.|Rooms are on the smaller side but perfect for a shorter stays—mainly for sleeping. When in Miami, you're not often in the room. The bathroom was modern, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a walkout balcony, very cool.|I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our week-long holiday, and it was a great experience both times. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach but far enough from Ocean Drive to avoid all the noise. The rooms were clean, nicely designed, and came with a really good coffee setup, which was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the valet parking was very convenient. We also appreciated the free water and coffee available in the lobby. On top of all that, the price was amazing for what you get. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

It's fine but nothing special. The location is nice, although it's on a busy road so I was fortunate to have a room facing the back. None of the appliances worked in the room and the bedside lamps were hilariously far from the bed and partially detached from the wall. The restaurant was closed and under construction during my visit with very little attempt to close off the construction from the public areas at one point making you walk through a cloud of sawdust to exit. The "resort fee" supposedly covers the rental bikes, beach chairs, coffee, and wifi (the latter two of which are generally provided for free at every hotel on the planet), but the price hardly seems reasonable when there are ample citi bikes around, the chairs only cost $15 each, and the fee doesn't include an umbrella (an
