I reached out to Upstairs at Union Square a few weeks ago and booked Room 2-11 for a weekend away with my husband. We spent the weekend in the city and the hotel is great! The room is just as pictured on the website and is in an amazing location right near Union Square and the subway. We walked to the holiday market and easily took the train to Times Square to see a show. There are also great bars and restaurants all over the area. The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a great stay- especially for the price- and can't wait to come back!
