Unno Boutique Hotel

I booked this hotel through Expedia. The Hotel Policy stated that there is a pet fee for 25.00 dollars per dog per day and service animal is excluded from the charge. Upon arrival I waited for some one at the front desk for 20 minutes. Once the woman came she did not speak any English. None what so ever. I had to pull out my google translator and ask her questions which she then answered back in Spanish being very unhelpful. I asked if she could use translator and she shook her head. The woman eventually wrote on paper that there is a charge of 50.00 per dog per day. I pulled up the Hotel policy through Expedia and showed her so then she pulled up the same policy in Spanish to confirm. She then agreed to do 25.00 per dog per day. I used translator and explained one animal is a service dog

As someone who always looks for the cheapest motel this is one of the worst I've stayed at. Minor but to start dront desk does not speak English, We booked a week, after 3 days we wanted new towels. We were told we have to wash them ourselves and do not have quarters for their own machines. Ive never once been told I have to wash a hotels towels for them. The next morning my wife had an emergency with her pregnancy and I left the key in the room to board the ambulance. I went back the next day to get some things and there was Noone in the office at 3pm. I called the Google number a was told no one is in the office today and the maintenance was not on the property, after expressing frustration I was told it's not his fault I locked my key in my room and would not tell me when they would be

I couldn't find a negative star, and i did end up sleeping there one night, but i wasn't happy about it. So one star... The bed was actually comfortable once i let my 'ick' go. Was greeted by a dead roach Door couldn't close properly (felt unsafe) Room smelled old n moldy No appliance available (main reason why place was even considered) 2nd room - the shower handle was broken Low accomodations/if any... No call service or any customer service after 9pm until 10am next day, (so if you need help with ANYTHING at all, 🙄😒😑 there is none...🤷🏽‍♀️ Overall, do not recommend

Overall a bearable stay, a few things that need to be addressed, the floor was not clean enough, my feet turned black black from walking on the floor, the little fridge did not work.

😑 Never returned phone calls or voicemails regarding $25 charge deposit left on card weeks after check out. Had to get credit card company to dispute and remove. Some bed sheets and walls have stains. Weird that they collect your phone number with your ID and your guest/roomate ID is required as well at check-in which is unusual. When the front desk was asked why do you need the phone number with ID, the reply was "security." Weird. Naturally, they never needed to call me as usual, but when I call them I can't get a hold of them with no return calls. On the plus side, rooms are cheaper than others in the area, relatively safe, location is not bad albeit far from some places but close enough.
