I would not have expected this place to be as nice as it is for the low rate. I booked the Jacuzzi room. It is a smoking room but you would never know it. The air in the room was fresh. It is very spacious with a dining set, fridge freezer combo and microwave. This room reminded me of a national chain. The bathroom needs a fresh paint job but that was about it. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. However, it is nice to have it included The desk staff were very polite during all the interactions. WiFi is included with the stay.

Worst experience ever.!!! Everything was nasty from the floor to the table and the chairs were so dirty they need to be tossed in the trash…… bed spreads had blood on them the Jacuzzi tub still has dirt in it , the toilet omg I paid 125 for 1 night angry I could not get a refund

Offered 2 rooms, both unacceptable. First stank of smoke (despite being a non smoking room) and had a broken AC and no fresh air - we went to reception apologised for the inconvenience but was offered a second room. The second room was even worse than the first! It absolutely reeked of urine, full of flies, damaged appliances (including AC) as well as being generally dirty and battered. We arrived. Checked two rooms. And left within 20 minutes. We rebooked a new CHEAPER motel in minutes! The surrounding area felt unsafe, the only positive part was that the receptionist was understanding and helped us with our refund. I do not understand how this place is still in business! The company has mentioned In prior responses up to 6 months ago that they will fix these problems. Do not believe the

Classic case of "you get what you pay for." By far the cheaper option in the area, but EVERYTHING was stained or broken. Surfaces were not cleaned and had gunk on them. Staff was very friendly and that is the only reason I can think of that explains the 5 star reviews. I am a heavy sleeper so the kids running around at 3am / the police being called didn't bother me. However, I understand why people would be upset with that.

Love the staff in the housekeeping they have smoking in non-smoking rooms available. The pricing was very affordable. I enjoyed my three-day stay there. The location is very close to a movie theater and a plaza with a grocery store shopping centers and plenty of places to eat.
