Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER

Great location! Our first time at the Marriott and I’m certain it won’t be the last. The well appointed bar and the food offerings were exceptional, along with the choices in the Club Lounge- thiss made our stay a memorable one. So close to the Keybank Centre and restaurants. Thanks to Seyma who chose a beautiful room with a water view Seyma also provided us with a welcome treat , which we enjoyed after the hockey game. Thanks to the team for a great experience

Was a great experience from check in to check out. Room was huge, quiet and very comfortable. |Only thing was the rooms were a bit dimly lit and while it was homely it was just a bit too dark for me.|Restaurant was good

Best customer service i have had in years. The staff here provided better service than we received at the Four Seasons. We had a small, very small issue in our room. Called down and had apology after apology (again, a very small issue). They were unable to fix the issue, so offered to upgrade our room and gave us an amazing room with an incredible view, for Valentine's day! From the Valet, to the front desk, to room service, the service was outstanding. HIGHLY recommend! It is obvious that the culture at that hotel is one of trust and respect for their team members, as it shows in all that they do!

Wonderful stay this weekend in town to chase snow from Florida and visit Niagara Falls. The service was exceptional from the front desk, valet, and M lounge. The points per night were a great value and the location was convenient. The staff recommended a local park near by (Delaware park) and gave us the right Google Maps location for a restaurant near the sled hill and it was just what we were looking for. We spent the entire day there and it map our trip. We can’t say thank you enough to the staff. Comfortable beds, good heat and a/c in room, and beautiful view of the lake from the room.

We stayed this past weekend for our anniversary and enjoyed the Sabres game. We were so impressed with Jordan( I think was her name at the desk). She was super nice!!! She even wished us a Happy Anniversary. When we came back from the game which was walking distance from the hotel, the hotel left us a card, bottle of champagne and chocolates. We were beyond surprised, it was so thoughtful and sweet of them. The rooms were super clean, fresh, quiet and peaceful!! Overall 10 out of 10 for us. Thanks so much again.
