August 2025 - I'm retired, and have a part-time job my monthly rent is economical I have my own refrigerator add Smart TV I keep my room clean cuz I have my personal vacuum cleaner I keep my bathroom clean free cable I pay for my own Wi-Fi 🛜 I wash my own bed sheets so everything is nice and neat and clean.

Excellent location. Walking distance to any place you need. 3 blocks away from the bus station, subway restaurant,mc Donald's, wing stop, Church's. It is located in downtown Brownsville. Very convenient if you are walking traveling to Mexico. The front desk service was excellent. It is a cheap hotel but useful because my trip was to attend 2 appointments in Mexico.

45$ a day , check in could be early , I went at 8 am and they gave me check in and out the next day at 11 , pretty good price and affordable, if just passing by and need somewhere to stay I recommend it 100%

love the location right across from all the stores and restaurants.Staff is amazing and respectful . 10/10 would recommend

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. Our room had a faint smell of smoke and was clean overall but we still felt dirty. Housekeeping was non existent. The whole premises is in disrepair. The only thing that we liked was that it was within walking distance to the border crossing.
