Uma House by Yurbban South Beach

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable and spotless, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, noise was a consistent issue. I could clearly hear hallway traffic, doors slamming, and noise from neighboring rooms, especially at night, which made it difficult to fully relax or get uninterrupted sleep. While the cleanliness and overall upkeep were strong positives, better soundproofing or noise management would significantly improve the guest experience. This is a good option if cleanliness is your top priority, but light sleepers may want to take the noise into consideration.

Room was large and spacious. Window view was against another building so no view. Well maintained and clean room but funky chemical smell in the corridor and in the rooms. Great location near restaurants and a block away from the beach. Includes sunbeds on the beach and nice touches of beach towels in the room, water in the foyer to refill water bottles, free coffee in the morning and wine for 1 hour by the pool in the afternoon. A decent experience, but they should change their cleaning chemicals which don't smell great and are strong!

Excellent location to beach. Front desk staff was cold and indifferent. Not the right kind of people to be in the hospitality business.

Nice hotel near Miami sound beach. Few pros: great location - beach is a couple minutes walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. The we stayed in (king size bed deluxe)room was clean and spacious. Few cons: One elevator in their sunrise building is still down. Carpet felt a bit soapy. Hotel (entire hotel!) doesn’t have a microwave—so if you wanted to heat up food for your kid, you are out of luck. Taxes and service charges are hidden fees. Hotel is pricier. Overall, positive experience.

This is probably one of the best hotels to stay at …outstanding service rooftop pool, beautiful rooms… great food.. there are two buildings… the rear bldg IS NEW … THE SUNSEt building… free 1st hr bike rental for all… free wine happy hr 5-6pm… happy hr 4-6pm… the service is what really stood out👊🇺🇸
