Twin Birches Cottages

Twin Birches is a great family friendly spot. Cabins and rooms are always clean and have everything you need. Covered decks on almost all cabins provide perfect morning and afternoon shade for meals. The two pools and lake front access give plenty of options, making it easy if one of the swimming areas is busy. Additionally, basketball courts, volleyball, playgrounds and the game room give plenty to do for kids. It is geared towards kids and a family friendly environment. Many guests end up returning year after year and bringing the entire family. It would be nice to see some upgrades to the gym on site. Some free weights, bands, different machines, and a mirror would be great additions. It would also be nice for the game room/main office to open before 9am, even if it doesn't include staf

A decent, clean place that's good for kids. Two playgrounds, two pools, miniature golf, a zip line, a game room and a large field to play in. The cabins are decent. I would recommend bringing kitchen tools. There's a Weber dome grill at every unit and a fire pit for most. Being Lake George there's plenty to do. Downtown, Bolton Landing and the outlets. My only issue is no one answered calls for weeks.

This place is the best!!!! The grounds are stunning, the cottages were cute, the owner and staff were soooooo friendly and you can tell they love what they do and is not just a job to them. So accommodating which is rare in resort towns. Very close to town. The beach across the street is beautiful the hill is a bit much but we always found a parking spot and the manicured lawn, breeze beach and views made it worth it. There is an adult pool that is gorgeous and a 2nd shallow kids pool. Game room and 2 smaller jacuzzis. This place was so adorable and we adored it.

We have vacationed in Lake George for 40 years. This was our first stay at Twin Birches as we required a last minute reservation . Jim was so accommodating and lovely to chat with. I've always admired the extraordinary landscaping when driving by over the years. We were so delighted with the immaculate room, impeccable grounds and facilities, while they also maintain the old Lake George vibe (gameroom etc). The grounds and facilities by the lake were equally amazing, sun and shade areas, plenty of seating, a large deck, kyacks, gazebos etc with various places to take in the lake views. We will definately book another stay in the future.

Very family/pet friendly place to stay. I feel one of the better places to stay on Lake George. Lots to do around the resort and fairly close to everything in the area. Pool, beach, big children's playground area and other stuff.
