My friend has stayed here for 4-5 times and got us a great deal on black Friday so it was very affordable. The rooms aren't anything fancy but they are pretty spacious, especially for NYc and especially the bathrooms. The shower was nice, the bed was fine, pretty convenient location to everywhere we wanted to walk. Not unusually loud. I guess guests used to be able to access the rooftop, but that's no longer allowed. Front desk was friendly, very impressive that she remembered my friend by name!
I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and stayed perfectly warm even during a winter storm. I’ve also stayed in the summer, and the air conditioning was excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the location is great—just a short walk to Hudson Yards and close to major subway lines. Well worth it.
I had an excellent stay at Trust Hotel Times Square and would definitely choose it again. I would especially like to highlight Jessy, who provided outstanding service from the moment I arrived. Even before my arrival, the staff received my Amazon packages, and when I checked in, everything was already organized and ready for me (handed by Jessy). Throughout my stay, Jessy was always professional, friendly, and attentive, and he also provided great assistance during check-out. As for the hotel itself, the location is excellent, very close to Penn Station, which was perfect for my business trip and for getting around the area easily. The room size was very good, much larger than many hotels in New York, which I really appreciated. Cleanliness was also outstanding throughout my stay. A spe
This place is an absolute joke. No hot water the entire stay, and every excuse was the same: “boiler issues.” The manager even admitted this is a recurring problem, which means they KNOW and simply don’t care. The front desk staff was completely lost—no answers, no solutions, no accountability. Management offered zero accommodations, zero compensation, and zero effort to fix the issue. Apparently, guests are just expected to shower in cold water and accept it. The rooms are disgusting, outdated, and poorly maintained, and the service somehow manages to be worse. On top of that, they had the audacity to charge to hold bags, which I later learned is not even company policy—just another shady cash grab. This hotel is unprofessional, poorly run, and clearly comfortable scamming guests while
Was great value for right after the holiday season. The rooms are not perfect, there is some issues with the lighting (or maybe its just too confusing to use), but it was not a big issue for us. It has wood floors, so it can be a little noisy at times. The location is convenient enough, being in between the 34th and 42nd st subway stops. The area felt as safe as anywhere else in the city. I would recommend it, especially if you're on a budget! Nearby Pio bagel, joes pizza on broadway, and gyro king were very good
