Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to help with anything we needed. It felt like genuine hospitality at every interaction.||The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room felt both luxurious and cozy.||The location couldn’t have been better—convenient, central, and close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet still quiet and peaceful.||I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it truly exceeded all expectations.

Positive: Nothing. Under construction, very loud incredibly rude staff. Negative: Arrived at the hotel after a three hour drive and checked in. An hour later I got a call that my uncle had passed. We had to go back home. We went to check out and the hotel refused. No proof. The hotel charged our card over --- for a prepaid stay!

I recently booked several rooms at the hotel for a business meeting. The experience was exceptional in every regard. The Sales Department staff was fantastic in responding to unforeseen challenges and, more importantly, worked with us collaboratively and kindly to meet these challenges. From the front desk staff, to the housekeepers, to the managers, it was wonderful. Well done!

The suite (Executive Park View) at Trump International may well be the finest hotel room I’ve ever experienced. Every aspect was impeccable and first class. The appointments were first class. The furniture was perfect and felt new. No paper cups wrapped in plastic. Every glass was cut crystal. Beautiful views and thoughtful amenities. The atrump International is a first-class property.
