Truckerz Inn

This is NOT a Comfort Inn anymore but Executive Inn. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Upon arrival to my upstairs room, the ac wasn't on and the room was HOT. It had been in the high 90's that day and I checked in around 930pm so it took a couple of hours for the room to cool down but it did. I don't think my room had been rented for a while because there were dust bunnies on the wall and I could write, "I'm dusty" on the end tables. 5 lamps and 3 had bulbs, refrigerator didn't appear cool but the little freezer tray had ice on it so I put my drinks in that section and they were almost frozen by morning. There was what appeared to be a smear of blood on the comforter so I pulled it off and left a note on it. The bathroom was clean, good water pressure, but the commode went on/off at

I don't recommend any waste there money on this hotel there's ***** every u could smell **** smoke every were.Room was not stocked. Staff was rude.staff lied about vending machined not be there pool was closed even tho it advertised open online.Bottom line it's not a famliy friendly place

When Jacksonville had a ice storm and electricity was out for 4 days I took a friend of mine there that is blind and has damiencia and myself didn't live in Jacksonville i paid for him to go there so he wouldn't have to worry about being warm they helped him with his meds reminding him to take them and helping him keep his phone charged up also with extra blankets No other hotel would of helped like they did there like he one a dad or a relative of theirs it's hard this day in time to find people who help others and I definitely give them a ten star plus rating because of this also when I would call the hotel they would update me when my friend couldn't answer his phone what an awesome group of helpers and workers we need more people in the world like this today 😀 😊

We stayed in room 125, it was great. The room was clean and comfortable with a jacuzzi. We stayed in there for 2 days 75 dollars a night and with the jacuzzi it's more cheaper than other hotels but the service was great we got everything we needed when we asked for it everyone was super friendly but it does have a weird little turn to get into it if you're on the right side of the highway but besides that everything was fantastic thank you truckerz inn

We came out during the freeze. Life was stressful but Chintu was a big help and made us feel more welcome than anyone we've ever met. We appreciate it more than anything 👍👍👍
