Although it's under renovations, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue I've found is if my co-worker had been with me,the TV in the room has a closet kind of blocking the view. The girl at front desk was very courteous and helpful. Definitely will stay again when I'm in Jacksonville.

This hotel is very clean and recently renovated. We really enjoyed staying in the newly updated room. My kids loved the swimming pool and the hot breakfast. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if we pass by in the future.

Yes, I understand clearly that during my one-day stay, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Since that's the case, please update the website to notify potential guests. The photos might be misleading. I could have gone to the front desk, but after a 12-hour drive, I didn’t want to waste time. I was exhausted. What could they do at that point? Move me to another room—big deal. ||The key point is that someone stayed in this room many times before me, and housekeeping should have noticed the same issues I saw. So again, why bother going to the front desk when they are already aware of the room’s condition? As a Platinum Elite member, you would expect better service; however, it didn't matter here because of the Brand, but rather the owner.||I also didn’t even receive a courtesy emai

The help at this location (Sam and wife) are not very nice. I won’t go into it but she threatened to call the “cops” because I had my dog. Registered service dog. We told reservations we had dogs when we made the reservation. But she didn’t ask any questions. Just yelled. We packed up and left. They tried to apologize and asked us not to leave, but no way was I staying there. Luckily our electricity was back on. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Even the room wasn’t very clean, and there were toilets all stacked up at the side of the place. Weird!
