Executive Inn Jacksonville Texas

My first impression online was like okay nice place. When we got there the pool was green and had trash and things in it. When I went to check in the floor was sticky and I was not even greeted. The lady just said “Give me your ID” no please or nothing. Handed me my key and walked away. The entire hotel smelled horrible like cigarettes smoke. Even tho we were in non smoking. The shower curtain had blood stains on it. Didn’t even feel comfortable in the bathroom. We were only here for one night and basically to just sleep. The bed spreads had cigarette burns in them. I do NOT recommend.

Way overpriced for a budget hotel. Our sheets were filthy so we stripped them and had to remake them and just prayed they were actually clean. The staff was nice enough although not overly concerned about the state of their sheets. It’s an older place and they’ve tried to make it look nice but the cleanliness was sub-par. The continental breakfast was a waffle maker, cereal, and toast.

Excellent stay. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn't the typical cereal and stale donut, they had eggs, sausage, biscuits with gravy and waffles along with other things. Made my mom very happy! Would definitely stay there again if needed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville.

The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was visiting from Dallas for the weekend. The carpet in the hallway had a bad odor. It was really old and clammy feeling. They didn't have clean towels ready for the room on our second day and the tub would back up when we took showers. The fridge in our room was dirty and the breakfast was horrible. The front desk lady...white heavy built lady...lacks customer service skills and professionalism. We booked online and it was non refundable so we were stuck. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We have been here a couple times and we just love it. My parents came in to town last minute and we needed two rooms Maggie had just those two open at the time and booked em up for us! Always a great experience here and will definitely be back 😁
