La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jacksonville TX

By far the best hotel from Tyler Texas to Palestine Texas. The hotel staff were friendly, kind, and professional. The rooms were comfortable, up to date and clean. The hallway carpet smelled fresh and was clean. I truly enjoyed the extra bathroom on the first floor. Additionally, I liked the fact that there is an indoor pool and up to date gym. This hotel will serve as my home away from home.

Stayed in Jacksonville, TX before at another hotel several times but wanted to try something different so this trip I picked the LaQuinta Inn. The hotel room was fine. It had good size giving you plenty of space to move around in. and the king size bed was very comfortable. The AC/Heat worked very well and kept the room temp at a comfortable level. The Wifi worked great and required no password to use it. The TV had a large number of channels, including sports channels so there was no lack of TV entertainment. However, I wish the hotel would pay the added fee for a few of the music channels as I like to listen to music as I fall asleep at night. The breakfast was the typical hotel fare of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, along with juice. You also had choices of cold cereal, muffins, frui

The receptionist/check in clerk/host... or whatever her title is, was wonderful! Hailey was amazing! She went above and beyond to assist with everything. She is definitely a big asset to her company! I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with her helpfulness & how courteous she is! Thank you for employing such an competent person!!!

This room and hotel didn't blow us away, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We had plans for breakfast so we didn't partake, but grabbed some orange juice and everything looked good. My favorite aspect of this hotel was the shower; roomy enough for two, perfect water pressure and temp. My daughter recently moved to the area, so this will likely be our hotel for years to come.

Positive: Staff was kind and moved me to a different room immediately . Negative: There were 2 uninvited critters in my room.
