Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport

I’ve stayed at Hilton properties in all continents except for Africa and I have been a Hilton Gold member for years. Stayed one night at this property and would like to share my experience that I think show the competency and the quality of the service provided by the management and the front desk staff. ||I check in as usual and the front desk does the usual greeting. I asked if they need my vehicle information but I was told no. I go to my room and I get a greeting text message from the front desk using the Hilton app, all is good so far.||In the morning, I go the hotel breakfast area which is right behind the front desk and everything is normal. About an hour after I return from the breakfast, I get a call on my phone from the front desk and they apparently want to talk to me about my c

(-) Noticed a stain on the bedsheet, they ran out of toothbrushes, also TRU Hilton hotels usually give complimentary waters on check ins; this did not provide any. (+) We had two comfy queen sized bed, spacious room, free breakfast but limited options, free coffee available 24/7. Overall stay was okay.

My daughter and I stayed here for a night during our February break from school/work. We had an incredible experience. The manager (Courtney) made it extra special by putting a welcome sign for my daughter RIGHT AT THE FRONT DESK and a few little surprises right in our room! My girl was was so happy! They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center and rec room. We explored and played and relaxed. It was just what we needed. Also, the breakfast was delish!

A Truly Fantastic Stay at Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport! Our recent stay at the Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport was an absolute delight, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful – truly going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Curtis, whose exceptional service truly stood out! The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. What truly set this hotel apart for us was the incredible common area. It's huge, with a bunch of tables perfect for gathering and relaxing. We especially appreciated the pool table and foosball table, which were a lifesaver for keeping our kids happily occupied while the adults could unwind.

Stayed here a few days for training and it was a great stay! The shower was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
