My Place Hotel-Raleigh/Garner, NC

I had an amazing stay at My Place! Manager Herb truly went above and beyond—professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. The front desk associate Krissy was just as exceptional and handled every request with kindness, efficiency, and a great attitude. From start to finish, all my needs were met without hesitation. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location!

This was a nice hotel needed in a pinch. It was close to home and what stood out was how clean the entire hotel and room was! May have been the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Everything sparkled. It was also quiet and had nice amenities in the room such as a large fridge. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is we had no hot water so couldn’t take a shower and the water didn’t drain well. And while there seemed to be ample closet space there were no hangars to hang clothes up. But, the service was great and the staff was very friendly. A good stay overall.

If you're looking for quiet, comfortable, clean accommodation where the only expectation made of you as a guest is to walk in and relax, My Place Hotel-Raleigh/Garner, NC is the place for you! The hotel is conveniently located for Raleigh attractions or for travelling. I overnighted there November 30/December 1 to break a long drive and couldn't have chosen a better place.||Parking was free and close to the entrance. Check-in was quick and easy with welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Room temperature was easy to adjust to my preference. There were plenty of choices on the television, with several of the most popular streaming services loaded in addition to cable. Brianna at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The hotel was super clean and nice. My only complaint is we were in room 224 and there was so much noise around us with the door in the hallway slamming every time somebody came up the steps and the people above us, it sounded like they were stampeding in the middle of the night. Other than that, I loved this hotel in the service was super nice.

My friend and I stayed here for a girls/moms night out. We wanted something low key and cost friendly and not far from home - this checked all our boxes. However, when we got there we were pretty disappointed. First of all, check in was okay. No one was at the front desk immediately but we rang the bell and someone came - no big deal but not super friendly or welcoming and didn’t provide us an “policies” like hotels normally would. We get our keys and head up to the third floor, open the door to the room and the room is OCCUPIED. It looks like these people have been here awhile due to the food they had stacked in the kitchen area. We go back downstairs and the lady at the front desk was shocked and said “I don’t think they’re supposed to be there. They must’ve just walked in”. How does tha
