Tru by Hilton Northlake Fort Worth

We travel often for my son’s basketball, so we’ve stayed in plenty of hotels — and this one truly stood out for its exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed, whether it was refilling the pancake mix at breakfast or bringing extra towels to our room. We were always greeted with a smile. A special thank-you to Joy, Valerie, Venice, and Margarita for going above and beyond during our stay. Their kindness made a real difference. If we’re in the area again, we will absolutely choose this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Toilet paper holders should be on the wall slightly in front of the toilet. Not to the side partially behind you making it difficult to get to. Poor design.Breakfast was average at best. Poor selection of pastries. Pancake machines are extremely slow backing up the line with people waiting to use them. The pancakes taste good. The scrambled eggs were okay. Better to have folded eggs like an empty omelet which would make them easier to eat.Not having coffee and a microwave in the room is a bust. Really inconvenient. Having to come down into the lobby to get coffee or hot water after you are settled in is a no go for sure.Employees were pleasant and polite but not always available for one reason or th3e other. Small inconvenience. Having only one chair in the room was an inconvenience.

Amazing stay at Tru by Hilton Northlake Fort Worth!|Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is super clean, modern, and stylish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and had great options. The gym and common areas were spotless and fun to hang out in. Perfect location and easy parking too. Definitely recommend and would stay again without a doubt!

We recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton Northlake so that we could meet up with my son and his family during the holidays. We were greeted by Joy at the front desk. She has amazing customer service skills! She was kind and helpful! She took photos of our family for us which turned out great! She served us warm chocolate chip cookies while we were having lunch in the hotel lobby. Joy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated! The staff as a whole were very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and location to many restaurants along with the Tanger Mall!!

Loved this hotel! The front desk was friendly and gave me recommendations. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing! Love the pancake maker they have. Bucees is just across the street to get snacks and drinks from. There’s also an outlet mall nearby to check out for shopping.
