La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Northlake Ft. Worth

Positive: It was up to date and nice on the inside. Pretty decent overall Negative: My main complaint was the extreme chemical cleaner smell. Im glad they are cleaning, but it was SO strong & over powering when you walked in the door & through the halls. That stuff is so toxic. I could barley breathe. The continental breakfast was ok.

Our family had such a fantastic experience at this motel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of room for all of us to relax. The kids loved having their own space, and we appreciated the convenient amenities, including a small fridge and microwave, which made meal prep easy.||The motel was in a great location, close to family-friendly attractions, parks, and restaurants, which made it the perfect home base for our adventures. Walking in a fresh clean smell hit my nose and that’s what I really love to know that it is really fresh and clean which makes me feel better knowing they keep it clean. My room was so very nice a decent size and I love everything about it especially with it. Everything looked so new and the bed was so very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. A fresh waffle in the shape of Texas was too cute. 😊 Thank you Max for going out of your way to go beyond and above in making sure I had a very nice stay especially with the warm welcome. I travel a lot for work so I’ve seen quite a few bad hotels, but this might be the worst. The room was filthy (tons stains and sticky spots all over the surfaces, hair all over the sink and on the towels, stains and huge sticky spots in the carpet that look like they’ve never been truly cleaned, and a constant musty smell), as were the public areas of the hotel. Three days in a row I saw the same trash and dried spills on the ground in the halls and elevators that never got cleaned, and everything smelled like bleach that was trying to hide other smells. Also staff wasn’t around much or scheduled that I saw other than a front desk person (not a complaint, but maybe the cause of the mess). Room was clean and quiet. All was good until I turned on the water. Sink drains super slow and shower head needs help. Definitely don’t like standing in water when I shower. Breakfast was mediocre. Sausage and eggs did not look appealing. There were waffle makers and cereal so there were some choices at least. Probably won’t stay again. For the price i definitely expect more
