Stacy, who works the front desk, is amazing, helpful and a great person to talk to. She always has your best interest in mine and is willing to help solve any issues you may have. Rooms are a good size and clean. Location is great for dinning and things to do without being right in the middle of all the Fort Worth traffic.

Simone was fantastic! This is my first time traveling with my little one, and after five hours of my toddler’s playlist on the drive from San Antonio, it was such a relief to be welcomed so warmly and calmly. Simone truly went above and beyond to help me get settled. I had Walmart and Amazon deliveries arriving, and she kindly helped me sort everything and even offered to help bring items up to my room. That level of care meant so much. She also pointed out what amenities would be most helpful for a weklong stay and how I wouldn't need to go off site for quarters for the laundry machine. So convenient. She is an absolute blessing to this establishment — especially for overstimulated moms trying to get organized on the road. Simone, thank you and God bless you! 💛

Minus one star because breakfast was pretty terrible. We were on the 3rd floor which was under construction so things were a bit messy but there was no noise at night or super early. The room was comfortable, sheets were soft and pillows were nice. Keep in mind that rooms are serviced only every other day.

Great experience! We were greeted by Stacy when we arrived, who could not have been more lovely! Very welcoming and made the arrival process quick and easy. Room was great, temperature was set nice and warm, which so nice walking in from the freezing weather we traveled in through. Slept great and felt refreshed. I give this stay a 5 Star Rating!
