Cambria Hotel Northlake Conference Center - Roanoke

My stay was amazing. The moment I walked up to the registration I was greeted with a warm welcome. All of the staff including housekeeping were wonderful. The hotel was very clean and smelled good, including the elevator and hallways. I loved my very comfortable king size bed and nicely decorated spacious room. The oversized shower was much appreciated. My room came with full size hand wash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. I loved the in and outside lounging areas. Although, I didn’t use the meeting/conference rooms, they were nice. I can go on and on about how much I enjoyed the hotel and all its amenities and the professionalism of the staff. I can’t wait until my next stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful new hotel, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. From start to finish, everyone made us feel so welcome — and they were incredibly accommodating to our two small dogs, which meant the world to us.||Cameron, the General Manager, was so kind and attentive throughout our stay. Raymond, the Assistant Manager, was just as wonderful — extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. In the bar, Donald and Erica were absolutely fantastic! They were so personable, made amazing drinks, and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere we looked forward to every night. Jenny, our morning waitress, was so sweet and attentive, and Cassie in Sales was lovely as well — helpful and kind.||And we have to mention Mr. G, the hotel’s chef — he is incredible! The foo

Many reasons for a 10/10 score. Room very clean & comfortable. Floor staff fulfilled every request cheerfully! Front desk staff…outstanding! Kitchen & bar staff…outstanding!Location was perfect for me. I’m coming back to this hotel when I return to the DFW area. Thanks to all I encountered on a personal level.

To start off, the assistant manager Raymond is extremely unprofessional and clearly lacks basic management skills. My overall experience at this place was disappointing. The only positive interactions I had were with housekeeping, the front desk clerks, and enjoying the bonfire pit in the back — that’s about it. Why isn’t there coffee available, specifically Commentary Coffee? That alone was frustrating. I also tried using the gift shop self-checkout to purchase a few items, only to find expired products on the shelves, which is unacceptable. On top of that, about half of the items being sold in the gift shop can’t even be scanned or rung up at the self-checkout, making the whole system pointless. And having to use a community microwave? Our stay was so comfortable. And our team felt very taken care of. We were there for a two-day meeting, from the General Manager, Cameron all the way to front desk and kitchen staff. We were met with both courtesy and excellent service. They even went out of the way to work with us on our last minute meeting-room requests. We plan to continue to visit for future meetings. And Cambria North lake, TX will be our first choice. Thank you!
