Dear Manager, We previously attempted to contact the property and requested that a manager return our call to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, so I am outlining our concern in writing. As Diamond members, we expect a certain level of service and accommodation consistent with the standards associated with this tier. On February 10th, we selected your property for a one-night stay. During our visit, we made a simple request for additional pillows due to a medical condition. My husband was initially informed that providing additional pillows was not customary. After insisting, we were reluctantly provided with three pillows, despite having requested four, and the interaction was handled with what felt like a “take it or leave it” attitude. Very friendly staff and the cleanest hotel over been in across the board. Standard breakfast stuff, but constantly tidied up and restocked. The room was very recently remodeled, and the pool area looked very nice. Would stay here again!

Hotel was clean and confortable!! Had a very bad issue when I checked in. Asked for extra pillows for my wife and didnt recieved them. Had to call front desk twise and still nothing. Untill a very nice employee named Levie showed up for his shift and fixed the issue rapidly. Stay turned out great. Thanks Levie!!!!

We arrived late 12:30 without reservation to get away from bad weather. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, and every staff member greeted guests with genuine smiles and made us feel welcome. I would especially like to recognize Lily, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
