Courtyard by Marriott Lake City

This hotel has an excellent location with rooms that are both clean and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and having an onsite restaurant and laundry facilities is a real advantage for those who prefer not to leave the premises.|However, what truly set our stay apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially Amy and Tiffany. Every team member was professional, prompt, and attentive to our needs. Amy, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate some specific requests—her attention and customer service focus was exceptional. It’s thanks to this amazing service that we’ve decided to return the next time we’re in the area. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The Courtyard at Lake City is a new hotel that is very nice. Large lobby that incorporates bar, lounge area. Small pool but it is enclosed. Large patio that can hold a large group. The style of the hotel is modern. Room is clean and large for a two queen room. A small mix-up occurred at check in but was handled deftly by Tiffany and Braxton! Thank you. Location is just off I 75 and convenient for an overnight stay. Plenty of parking and safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is nice and drink prices are typical for a hotel. The Bistro has breakfast and dinner for purchase. Fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, dumb bells, kettle bells and one cable machine. It is clean and the machines work along with the TVs on the machines. Overall top notch experience.

After some car troubles traveling home, we unexpectedly found ourselves in Lake City for the night. Every staff member we encountered here during our visit was so friendly and helpful; from the front desk, to the bar and bistro employees, we received amazing service. The hotel was clean and offered amenities to make our stay comfortable, including a pack and play for our little one. We are so grateful for the hospitality offered at the Courtyard Marriott during an unplanned visit!

Positive: This hotel has been completely renovated. It?s within walking distance to decent restaurants and the room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend. Negative: Nothing.

I have been debating writing this review, but I want to warn the other of how we were treated and the horrors we encountered. We checked in to this hotel as a half way point before completing our journey to Fort Myers. We arrived around 8pm and had a lovely check in. The hotel looks updated, our associate was sweet and accommodating. We went to our room, unpacked ate at the Bistro, which was lackluster, we had the turkey BLT. Head back to our room and decide to get ready for bed. As I’m closing our curtain and HUGE roach climbs up the curtain and up the wall. Of course, I called the front desk and they told me we could switch rooms, and to come get the key from them. Of course, I was understanding, this happened and we appreciated them moving us.
