Disappointing Stay – Very Uncomfortable Mattress I chose this Home2 Suites by Hilton because it was the most expensive option in the area and had generally good reviews. I booked one night expecting what the price suggested: a comfortable room and an excellent night’s rest. I was assigned room 318 on March 5th 2026. After driving for 13 hours and already having very little sleep the night before, getting proper rest was extremely important to me. I was assigned a spacious room, which initially looked promising. Unfortunately, the mattress was one of the worst I have encountered in my 50 years of life. It felt completely worn out and lacked any structural support. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great and amenities were plentiful. Breakfast was simple but good. I was able to eat easily as gluten and dairy free, and the head server know her dietary protocols well. I just had to be careful to not use the shared tongs. Nice stay overall. It's very close to I-75 though and we were woken up by trucks going by on the highway all night. Next time we'll ask to stay on the far side of the building if available!

We had a wonderful stay in Lake City. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen and ample counter space were fantastic. When we mentioned that the shower head wasn’t working well, Christina had it replaced the same day which was greatly appreciated. Bradley, and the entire staff, were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We were in town for a memorial service, and their thoughtful words brought comfort during a difficult time. This level of care and hospitality is rare, and it made a lasting impression on us. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Lake City.

We had a great stay here! We were amazed of the cleanliness in the rooms. The beds were also very comfortable and linens felt nice. The breakfast was also very nice, it was smaller, but had enough options. We were appreciative of the oat milk since most hotel breakfast places only offer dairy milk. The location is right off the interstate, so easy to get on and off, however there isn't anything walkable near that we saw. That was not a problem for us, but might be for some. Thanks for a great stay!!
