Tru by Hilton Fayetteville Fort Liberty

We stayed at Tru by Hilton while traveling with our 12U Jr. Pirates hockey team and our service dog, and we couldn’t have been happier! The rooms were fantastic—love the no-carpet design—and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Walking distance to food, convenient parking, delicious breakfast, and outstanding customer service made our stay seamless. The kids loved playing pool in the lobby! As Diamond members, we highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay if visting Ft Bragg or Fayetteville. It's well kept, free breakfast, billiards in the lobby, small but nice rooms. My only complaint from a recent stay was noise that sounded like a basketball game was going on just above my room.

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in our entire lives and we are a long time Hilton members. We had business in Fayetteville and since we know the quality of Hilton and this was the closest to our appointment we booked here. We were completely unable to reach anybody at the desk because you must go through an appointment desk, but the gentleman assured us we would “be on the fifth floor away from any noise.“ We were not. We were put in an adjoining room on the second floor and I don’t know what we were surrounded by, but it sounded like drunken elephants. Stomping, shrieking, shouting down the hallways, partying in the hallways. Somebody in the room above us stomping across the room for hours at a time, stomp stomp stomp. stomp. We called the front desk at 2 AM. They did nothing. We called

Positive: The hotel staff was very pleasant! Negative: Just the noise at night but that’s not anything they can control.

I stayed here this week on Oct 5 & 6 and had a great experience from top to bottom. Every staff member was very friendly and attentive. The lobby is very welcoming and the breakfast is great. I slept incredibly well both nights. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Fayetteville. Thank you for a lovely stay.
