Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fayetteville South by IHG

I never leave reviews, but I HAVE to with how great our stay was! We came in right before midnight, tired and cold, and the gentlemen at the front desk already had everything completely ready and waiting for us. Ive never checked into a hotel so fast and as efficiently as I did here, all I did was hand him my ID to check and sign my papers and our keys were ready and waiting. We also love the fact that this place is brand new so its super clean, and the water pressure is fantastic. The rooms actually have good space. Additionally, Its right of I-95! One of our best hotel experiences while being on the road. Saving this one on our list for when we travel again next time!

We had such a great time at this hotel. The customer service was phenomenal and the staff went out of their way to make our couples trip special helping my husband surprise me with decorations and gifts. We even got a special animal towel creation by the staff. So nice! More than happy with this hotel and we will be back for years to come. Special thanks to Tristen and LaDonna who helped the weekend come together to create a great trip.

Have stayed here many times. Perfect to stop and spend the night driving to or from Florida for snowbirds. Nicely remodeled, very clean but only very basic amenities provided that were adequate for the purpose of our stay. The breakfast on our previous stays was always excellent. This time half the hot choices were gone. No eggs. No potatoes. I guess the price of eggs is prohibitive for the bottom line. The automatic pancake maker is excellent and produces 4 small tasty pancakes in an out a minute or two. Fresh fruit was only a few old bananas and one tired apple in the bowl early in the morning, so they hadn’t run out or anything like that. Stopped at this Holiday Inn Express as the midway point between Miami and NYC. We've made this drive several times and stopped around the same area around the border between NC and SC and I gotta say, this is by far THE best hotel we've ever stayed at - enough that I felt compelled to leave a review. The rooms are impeccably clean and soooo big. The service is 10/10. This is also the only side of the road hotel I've stayed at recently that actually has a place to fill up your water bottle. We did not use the amenities, but again they looked great (pool, gym, etc.). The included breakfast was also excellent, with warm food and even a fun little pancake maker. The only downside for me is that it is a pet-free hotel. This time we were traveling without our dog so we were able to stay here, bu

i'm not a big fan of hotels because they have an eerie vibe, but this one is really nice. it's clean, and when you enter the room it smells like expensive perfume and it's so clean i feel like the floors are clean enough to lick. the guy at the service desk is sweet and gave us all rice krispy treats and water bottles for free! i recommend
