Four Points by Sheraton Fayetteville Fort Bragg

Several months ago I stumbled up on this location while visiting some customers in the area.Im usually in the Fayetteville & Lumberton area once a month and happy to say I found the location to stay at. I wanted to give a great review to this location for there great customer service and hospitality. I have to give a shout out to Karla at the front desk for great customer service and being very helpful both times at there location. I also want to give big thanks to the Kitchen & Bar staff for the great service. I would have to say to the owner of this Hotel you have put together amazing team and keep up the great work.

Newly renovated Sheraton. It is clean and mostly comfortable. Pros- clean with comfortable beds, a refrigerator with a freezer that an actually got cold, and a fairly good location. Breakfast was offered, either cooked to order or at the buffet for a n additional cost. It was good and the waitstaff friendly and helpful. Cons - very hard to find, located behind two other hotels and accessed through the parking lot of a deserted strip shopping center. Air conditioning thermostat on the wall didn’t work and it was 79 when we returned from supper, requiring a staff member to switch it to a manual setting. The bathroom sink lever switching temperature and on/off fell off in my hand and was too stripped for me to replace it. Lastly, the elevator light for our floor was burned out, which caused a

I travel for work and have stayed at this property 80 nights over the past 6-7 months. The staff are incredible! Karla, Kay & Kim at the front desk always take great care of anything I need. Their customer service is better than most of the Marriott properties I stay at. I average 190+ nights stayed each year. They always recognize my status and try to upgrade me! Ms Emma in the bar always greets me when I get back from work and asks me about my day. In the mornings Joi and Jo’an remember my order and bring it to me each before I ask. The customer service here has been exemplary every single night. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Fayetteville NC. What a great team they have.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The guest service was excellent, I believed I checked in with Kim and she was very nice and helpful. My room was perfectly clean, came with the perfect amount of amenities for my stay. My favorite part was the bathroom, the shower was amazing I did not want to get out! I had 2 queen beds and the bed was excellent to sleep in. Soft and cozy mattress and pillows. I also paid for the breakfast buffet, I highly recommend doing that! It was fresh and delicious with many options. They will also made me a fresh omelette, mine was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, I did not want to leave lol.
