Tru by Hilton Burlington

When we arrived we were very impressed with the look of the lobby/reception area. The reception area wasn't tucked in the side of the lobby like most hotels, but right out in the middle which was nice. Additionally, the receptionist , Tricia was very welcoming and charming. She answered all of our questions and was very delightful to speak with throughout our whole stay making us feel special. She should be recognized and used by Tru Hotels for training new employees because she does it the right way. Also, the lady who made the breakfasts each morning was also very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was perfectly clean and a pleasure to stay in. We are definitely going to be staying at this Tru Hotel our next visit to the area and will tell our friends and family to do so as well.

We do a decent amount of car traveling, and Tru hotels have become my first choice for overnight stays. The Burlington location is our latest stay, and definitely lived up to our expectations. The rooms and lobbies are clean and modern, and I love the lemon toiletries. Breakfast is always good variety and quality, with friendly staff available to help when needed. The rates are very competitive—it’s good, consistent value and we’ll definitely be back!

Positive: The rooms are clean and the beds are the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. Stayed here twice now and both times great experiences! Negative: You can’t stream Prime on their TVs.

Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and smelled great. Nice tv and common areas. Beds comfy and rooms warm. Rented two rooms and everyone was happy. They raved about the breakfast being delicious. The parking lot is a little tricky though. One way in and out and it's a tight turn. Entrance is on the front of the building and the parking is on the side. I do want to acknowledge how honest the cleaning staff is. A c note was dropped and they not only called to tell me about it but they also placed it in safe keeping. I was having some work done at my house and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights, and I had seen Tru several times driving around town. On a whim, I decided to book there, and I could not have been more pleased! First, the lobby is large complete with work spaces, games, and even pool tables, meaning if you are spending a lot of time in the hotel, there are options for socializing and relaxing without needing to leave. The gym is lovely too and features a variety of workout equipment, including a Peloton bike. The staff were always pleasant, helpful, and friendly, and I love that the hotel is pet-friendly too. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and cozy. You can login to your Netflix account too, in case you aren't interested in what's on cable. The bathroom
