Holiday Inn Express Burlington, an IHG Hotel

You could tell the entire staff took pride in their work! The whole building was clean top to bottom. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was incredible. If I was a CEO at Holiday Inn I would give all the employees a raise and use this location as a shining example of how to run and maintain all locations. Great 👍 job Burlington staff.

Great location...Nicely renovated property. Front desk check in was quick and service was friendly. Spacious, clean and nicely furnished room. Breakfast had a ton of choice. Quality very high. Amont the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed in.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of being checked in by Ally. I had booked a room through my workplace, but there was a significant issue with the booking not being processed. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the company, yet they were unable to assist me. Fortunately, a snowstorm was approaching, and I was accompanied by my son. Ally was incredibly kind and helpful in securing a room for me. We had an exceptional stay and will definitely return in the future.

A decent hotel to stop for the night. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and check-in was quick and easy.

Nice refresh on this brand. Rooms were very nice and the manager had cookies and snacks for all each day. However...Coffee is a bit of a miss. Only 2 grind and brew coffee machines. That simply won't add up when they have a free breakfast buffet going on. Overall not your dad's Holiday Inn Express. Definitely check it out.
