Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Burlington

This was definitely a positive experience for us. My Mother called and made the reservation. It was an easy process. The front desk clerk was professional and courteous. Precious helped us get the perfect room (135)for my mother who is 87 years old. We are only in town for one night, but it is the perfect place to rest up from the long trip. The room was clean and the size was easy for my mother to get around with her walker. Ample parking and I felt safe going to my car to get our luggage at 9:00 pm. Easy location to find. The price was great with AARP or AAA discount.. My mother, my granddaughter and I were pleased with our room and comfortable bed. Plenty of plug in the room and desk area. We had no problem plugging in our devices or mobile phones.Breakfast was good however it could use

Positive: It smelled and appeared to be very clean but the room had a faint odor of smoking residue. Negative: They took a 100.00 deposit that has posted and has not been refunded.

The room was not overly large, but perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was above average with waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc. I liked the little details of the towels folded into shapes rather than just placed on the shelf. Staff were professional.

Nice, bathroom was impressive at how clean it was. It was quiet. Only down side was the lack of variety of the breakfast offered. Same thing everyday, Only 1 type of yogurt, 2 types of granola bars, a little cereal, and there was a waffle maker and banana muffins were the only items offered.

Wow Precious is by far best hotel personel I have ever dealt with. And believe me I'm stayed at some of the best hotels. Truly a great experience. Thank you so much!
