Tru by Hilton Baltimore Harbor East

The hotel was super clean, front desk people were extremely friendly. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I love that the room floors do not have carpet. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was great!

At first glance one may think they are clean but the room I checked into smelled absolutely awful! They tired to mask the smell by turning the AIR on blast which it is winter time 28 degrees. I should've asked for a new room then. I stayed only to be grossly disappointed. There is small hairs all throughout the bed smh. I was livid!! I ended up asking for more sheets and was told I needed to come down and get the sheet set myself. No I wasn't expecting luxury but I would expect it to at least have cleaner rooms. The sheets are paper thin and flimsy as well. I would not recommend if you want a clean hotel stay. I am uncomfortable being here and throughly disappointed with the cleanliness. Hotel staff is nice and accommodating though as in other areas.

It was our first time in Baltimore. We had a 1 year old with us, and they were mindful about giving us a quieter location. The room was above our expectations. I really liked the view and being able to watch Netflix while packing. The location was great, it’s across from a parking structure that allows 24-hr parking. (I think it was $25) The breakfast included and was appreciated. Overall I’d recommend this to friends and family!

We loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect for attending an event at the CFG Center. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean. Parking across the street was affordable, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! Despite its affordable price, both the room facilities and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out processes were quick. For budget-conscious travelers, this is definitely an ideal choice.
