Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore

Thoroughly surprised by this venue located in the lovely Village of Cross Keys. From the time you walk into the lobby, you notice the great room, marble floors and cozy waiting area. The staff were all friendly and generous. When we got to our room on the top floor, the king suite was huge compared to the many hotel rooms we’ve visited. It had vaulted ceilings, a fantastic view of the village shops and marble bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable. We had a fridge (phew) and lots of outlets for charging. Complimentary breakfast was served in the morning offering something for everyone-the meat eater to the vegan. The shops include great restaurants, such as ‘Cee Cee’s (fantastic!), Nine Tailed Fox and Always ice cream. A lovely experience!

Baltimore‘s Harbor East is a vibrant and truly nice urban district. And the Four Seasons is the best place to be in Harbor East. Our suite was extremely gracious and well appointed. The view from the living room, dining room, and bedroom is breathtaking. We spent a few very happy and relaxing days here.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Baltimore this past weekend for our anniversary, and honestly, it was such a special experience. From the second you walk in, you just feel taken care of. Everyone somehow knows your name, and it never feels forced. The service is just on another level. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond without us even having to ask. The room was beautiful, super clean, and just felt luxurious but still comfortable. And the bed… I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had. You melt into it. Stayed here for a weekend trip to see a Ravens game. Everything was great beginning at check-in. Very clean, wonderful staff. Decorated very festively for the holidays too. Brought a few treats to the room for my teenage boys which was a nice surprise. Excellent location with many shops, restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

My sister and I used our CSR The Edit credit to book two nights at the Four Seasons for a Family Ladies Weekend. We reserved two rooms to accommodate our daughters, our mother, my mother-in-law, and ourselves. The purpose of the weekend was to give our mothers a well-deserved break from caring for their 88-year-old husbands. From the moment we arrived, we were truly spoiled. Jorge ensured our rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for all six of us. Jorge and Bahram made the mothers feel special right from the start with lovely treats, which meant so much to us. Hasna at the front desk consistently greeted me with a warm smile and even remembered my name each time we crossed paths—a small but meaningful touch that did not go unnoticed. Housekeeping was quick to accommodate our
