Hackerman-Patz House at University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute

Very nice place. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Everyone I met there was fantastic! There is a family like atmosphere there all the time. I will definitely return 😁👍

So thankful to have such a wonderful place to stay while my daughter was in rehab. This facility is clean, and has all the amenities that you would need. Each room has a small refrigerator and large TV, sitting area and comfortable bed. Huge bathroom suitable for handicapped folks. They have a laundry room available for guests (free to use) they have a common kitchen area for all guests with complimentary breakfast items. Each guest can bring their own food ( labeled) and store in the common refrigerator. They have a full kitchen ( outside grill) for the use of their guests. They only ask that you clean up after yourself. If you have a long term patient at UMROU this place is ideally located across the street. Staff is amazing .... Guests come together voluntarily to support one another ... A definite safety net for recovered and their loved ones. Grateful

Staff was WONDERFUL. They cared about what was happening in my life-family. This place really made it easy, during a very difficult time. I can't say enough good things about them.

It is a great place. Very clean and cozy.the receptionists were very nice.
