Tribeca Hotel FiDi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay in the Heart of FiDi! I had a wonderful stay at Tribeca Hotel FiDi at 102 Greenwich Street. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Financial District and within walking distance of major attractions like the World Trade Center, subway stations, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, and the space was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even better. I especially appreciated how convenient and safe the neighborhood felt, and the hotel offered great value for being in such a prime Manhattan location. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The toilet was dirty, parts of the walls looked unfinished and not fully renovated, and the overall condition was horrible. The patio area is hard to walk on and has trash thrown everywhere. The building itself is poorly maintained and the walls are incredibly thin. Around 5:00 AM there were people partying loudly and it sounded like they were practically inside the room with us. Getting any rest during our stay was impossible. The water pressure in the shower was also terrible, almost nonexistent. Security is another concern. If you drop off your bags before check-in, be aware that the suitcases are kept in a public stairwell area. If you want to check in early, they charge $20 per

We actually had a good experience at this hotel. Spacious room. Huge patio. Clean, comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave, blow dryer, steamer. Comfy bedding! Safe environment. Convenient to subway. 24/7 market next door. Check in was super fast. They stowed our luggage for two days, for free. Young woman at desk was super nice and accommodating. No complaints.

Great location!!! Room had a microwave!!! Other than that, room was fine, could of done a better job in cleaning floors, it needed a vacuum, especially the corners. Room fridge also need a definite cleaning, got pools of water, food marks, ice trays were half full with old ice, didn't appreciate that. Basically take the whole fridge out and give it a good wash. Aircon was fine but blows directly on the bed, no safety box available in room, no kettle. But they did have complimentary ice, coffee, sugar, creamer and paper cups at the reception area, bit inconvenient in the mornings when u want to wake up to have a coffee without going out of the room. All staff was courteous.

I loved my stay here! Its great value for money considering the rates are similar to hotels in the edge of queens but its located in the heard of the downtown financial district. Room was cozy, but super clean, and had a kitchenette and balcony too. Friendly staff at the front desk and there is a vending machine in the lobby too. Great proximity to subway stations and bus stops and walking distance frkm the Westfield mall. There is even a 7-Eleven like a 100 feet away. I wanted a relatively cheap but decent hotel and it turned out better than I expected so would recommend it for sure!
