Travelodge Suites by Wyndham Kissimmee Orange

This hotel was not to bad. We didn't get any house keeping, but they did bring us some fresh towels on our second day there. Which was welcomed. The room was decorated nice with large furniture. It made the room feel large and yet left plenty of room to move around. You really couldn't hear the other guest which is always nice. This property is totally smoke free. I would recommend this hotel. Ill be back again.

Not very customer friendly. The location is the best part of the stay, close to food, pharmacy and supermarket. The pool area is nice and the laundry works.The thing that spoils the stay is all the additional charges from linen change to housekeeping. There is also a $100 deposit which is immediately charged to your card, not as “ hold” to your card. Watch out for this if you are on a tight budget. Initially I was going to use this place as a “snowbird” winter location but due to the extra charges I’ll use an alternate place . I’ve also only had $50 of my deposit returned, we did not leave any damage as I photographed everything before we left. Again this may be due to their policy of retaining part of the deposit depending on the length of the stay.The place is now called Stayable Suites

The room was relatively comfortable, however it smelled strongly of tobacco, and the door kept fighting back, as well as not acknowledging my room key. Needless to say this hotel made me fight for my stay, but I don't regret staying there, it was a fun and enlightening experience.

Rooms are a bit dated, and the floors could use a good deep clean but the room was insect free, had plenty of hot water and smelled good! The other half of this is that service was exceptional. They hand delivered extra coffee to our room when we found we were running low, and when our stay was over the things that I had left there didn't end up missing! Going back today for another stay and to pick up my item. Great service pretty clean rooms, near to a lot of things to do and a decent price. I can't complain!

I booked thru Priceline and when I arrived they requested a $100 security deposit however they refused to accept tap despite the card showing my name matching my id Furthermore , I stayed on the phone for one hour and forty minutes between booking and Priceline I was unable i resolve the issue due the lack Of corporation from the hotel staff I do not recommend that you book with them they have complete disregard to respecting people travel and or the hospitality industry should treat people and customers as they are “titled” being guest bc people when they are away from home need kind, gentle and supportive staff not an aggressive one that are always suspicious of everyone Farah walks in the doors
