I stayed here with a group of four and was disappointed by multiple cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues. • Cleanliness: The sheets were scratchy and visibly dirty. • Pest problem: There were flies on the way to our room. • Housekeeping: Housekeeping never showed up to clean the room even though we were out all day. • Bathroom: Water pressure at the sink was extremely low I had to reach the faucet far back to wash my hands and the hand moisturizer dispenser was empty. • Towels: Only two towels were provided for four guests. • Noise: The mini fridge made loud, repetitive noises that kept me up at night. • Window security: A pipe was installed to prevent the window from opening, which made ventilation difficult. • Safety: The area around the hotel felt very sketchy and made us uncom

What follows is my 1. my initial review. 2. a response from their management 3. my response to their response.)||I booked a "mobility accessible" room directly through the wyndhamhotels.com/travelodge website. The website said the room I booked included "Free WiFi, bathtub/shower combination, bathtub grab bars, adjustable hand-held shower wand, bathroom is wheelchair accessible, portable shower seat," etc.||I checked in for a 3-night stay and found there was no "bathtub/shower combination." There was no "adjustable hand-held shower wand." And there was no "portable shower seat." I immediately went back to the lobby next door. The young man who checked me in said there was not

Positive: Room and bathroom were clean, bed & linens were very comfortable Negative: Hole in the wall that had been attempted to be patched with cardboard and scotch tape, curtains falling from rod, smoke entering room through bathroom vent even though it was supposed to be non-smoking

I would never go back to this place ! I booked online rooms and was informed that my rooms where ready, after a long drive I was ready to rest but once I got there the front desk informed me that no rooms where ready and that I would have to wait 3 hours! Once I got into my room I started to get settled in and started to undress for a shower I was in my boxers and all of a sudden the door opens and the house keeper just walks in! I was so confused , I asked her why she didn't knock or anything she just kept saying "im house keeper " I told her that didn't matter and to knock next time she then got upset and said that I didn't have a sign on my door so she could do that. I then got dressed and went to the front desk and asked for the manager which of course wasn't gonna be there for the ne

What a horrible, disgraceful experience. My first desk clerk was horrific. I have never encountered such a rude incompetent person employed in a customer service role. Rude, arrogant, unhelpful in the extreme and arrogant. The room and the property were a run down shambles. It's only redeeming quality was the more helpful 2nd staff member and assistant manager I encountered. Otherwise it would be zero stars. I checked out at the first given opportunity. Do not book or stay here. You will regret your choice.
