Roaches~ ZERO STARS! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said. During my stay, I encountered multiple roaches in the room. This was not a single isolated sighting, they were present enough to indicate an ongoing pest issue. Regardless of price point, basic cleanliness and pest control are non-negotiable standards in hospitality. The presence of roaches raises concerns about sanitation and overall maintenance. The staff was dismissive and unbothered about it and offered us another room. Ma'am not in the roach motel. I strongly recommend management take immediate action to resolve the infestation before accepting additional reservations. Best part is we left immediately and they don't want to refund our money. am writing this review to warn others about the dangerous and disgusting conditions at this Travelodge. I could not stay even one night despite having paid for my reservation. There was an overwhelming chemical smell and within minutes of being in the room, my throat was burning and my eyes were watering. Whatever cleaning product or deodorizer they used was so strong I could not breathe comfortably in this room.|The room had filthy conditions throughout. The fabric chair had suspicious stains that kept me from even putting my suitcase on it. The tissue holder in the wall fell off when I tried to pull a tissue out. Positive: The staff were nice and helpful. Negative: First room that was not ready for guests. Second room was decent, but no cold water was coming out of tub. The AC wasn't running until fixed. While taking a shower the water was turned off so plumber could work on pipes. No warning given.

My stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Palm Springs was extremely disappointing. The room was roach infested. I saw multiple roaches in the bathroom and near the bed, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or get any rest. This was clearly not just a one-time issue. Cleanliness and basic pest control should be standard, no matter the price point. Instead of enjoying a relaxing Palm Springs getaway, I spent the night feeling uneasy about my belongings and the overall sanitation of the room. I reported the issue, but the experience had already ruined my stay. Until this property seriously addresses its cleanliness and pest control, I would not recommend staying here.

I checked into the Travelodge by Wyndham Palm Springs around 3:15 PM on March 7, 2026. The room wasn’t very clean when I arrived, but I tried to overlook it. Later in the evening I saw a roach crawling in the bathroom, and when I was getting ready for bed I discovered a bed bug crawling next to my belongings. I documented the issue with photos and immediately notified the front desk. The staff were friendly, apologetic, and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel was completely booked and had no other rooms available, so I had to check out. Because bed bugs are a serious health and safety concern, I also reported the incident to the county health department so it can be investigated.
