It was a very nice stay for me and my boyfriends get away great location 2 mins from old town. Lots of food shopping choices we will definitely stay again this will be our number one choice staff was very friendly rooms were very nice and clean has a microwave and fridge. Omg the best part was the beautiful pool they have there. My only complaint is the shower doesn't drain but the showers are very nice hot hot water and beautiful but we dont like standing in the water in the tub. Besides that is was perfect no complaints and breakfast was a nice verity of things to start your day off 😋 and beds were very comfortable makes u feel like home parking was great 2 not over packed. 🙂 very quite area no drama very nice hotel and not being funny we always strip the bed no bed bugs or roaches they

I booked two queen beds but no room of that was available, but overall, the customer service was kind. Restaurant everywhere good location. Oh the one bed room is extra small but has no drawers to put your clothes in if you're traveling from out of town.

There was excessive black mold in the room. I know it was very cheap, but that’s a health hazard. We paid for late check out and someone walked in our room while I was getting dressed, no knock or anything. We were harassed that whole time, even after paying the $40 fee. The location is close to Disney world, but the free shuttle was unreliable and 30 minutes late for pickup when we used it. It also picks up 1 hour after park opening, so that was 1 hr and 30 minutes lost of precious park time. The office staff was kind, but we did ask for a quiet room, and they put us on the corner in front of the pool, and there was absolutely no sound barrier. Scoured hundreds of hotels for a good value hotel near Disney and settled on this one, was pleasantly surprised, happy we opted for this one and would come back in an instant. Pros Great sized room Functional and hot shower with good pressure Tv, microwave and hairdryer worked - microwave spotless, hairdryer powerful Beds were freshly made and there were towels provided. Sink and mirror were clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. There was no noise from adjacent rooms the whole time we were there, we could have imagined we were there on our own, though we knew we weren’t - the hotel was full. I have stayed at this hotel brand before in a different location and had a good experience, which is why I chose to book here. Unfortunately, I was shocked at how bad the service and overall condition were at this location. I specifically booked a room for 4 people, but when we arrived, we were given a room for only 2 guests and told they were sold out. That is unacceptable considering the reservation was confirmed in advance. The room itself was dirty and extremely humid. It did not feel properly cleaned, and the air felt damp and uncomfortable. The listing advertised a “continental breakfast,” but the only items available were milk and bagels. That is very misleading and not what most people expect from a continental breakfast.
