Travelodge by Wyndham Fayetteville

The staff in the office were great. The lady that checked me in was super down to earth and did an excellent job. The first room they tried to book me into the key did not work and they moved me to another location towards the front of the office. When I arrived inside the towels, sheets and floor was completely disgusting. Sheets and towels smelled like an ashtray and the floors were uneven and had stains from the previous night. The sheets also had stains and small brown marks I had to ask for a change. The trash outside my door was not the issue as to the questionable smell coming from the room next door. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Positive: a clean bed Negative: Had to rearrange microwave it was unplugged and when I tried to plug it in the light in the corner flickered so I had to move microwave to an outlet that worked. Bathtub had the remains of a bathmat stuck to the tub. room was in terrible shape.

This is the worst place to stay, filthy service is horrible better save the money for a different hotel. Highly not recommend it.

I am a Wyndham platinum member. I have never seen a room so shitty in all my stays. Smelled like death and smoke. Was a non smoke room. Bed was filthy. This plas needs to be shut down. I used points and was charged 20 backs cash. Thsts bullshit. Then when I refused to stay in room they refused to give ne my cash back. . The most sickening room I ever seen. DO NOT STAY

This place is worse than terrible. I dont see how this place is even open. Theres holes in the walls in multiple areas there's holes in the floors.There's German cockroachs. As soon as I opened my door the roaches started to scatter to hide. I didn't see anything about their pet policy when I booked the room and my friend brought her dog they told me I needed to pay $10/night for the dog totalling $30 so I had my friend and her dog go home. Then they woke me up the following morning at 9am demanding i pay them $40 for the dog which the dog was only here for 1 night. They said $40 because it was a big dog and because it was here until noon the next day. Im like what damages could the dog have caused that would really make any difference to this decrepit facility?
