Positive: Love that it’s not like the other places that they tells us to keep it down. Looove it . Looooove the pool how it is warm … Negative: I did not like that we wanted to eat breakfast for my 2 days of staying every time we try to eat breakfast is cold. And dont have enough drinks ..

Well I have to say I’m not very happy. There is no hot water so I had to go to bed dirty. It was never mentioned by the lady at the front desk at check in. She was nice and professional other than that. They have a $100 deposit. The room was dark and dreary. I have stayed here before when another hotel chain had it and ended up with a bad experience then but thought it would be different since Wyndham bought it. There was constant noise that echoed since my room was by the pool until late.🙄 Shame on me I guess but the owners could do a lot better. And issues like not having hot water should have been mentioned because I would not have stayed knowing that. Oh well. Too late to leave since I have to be up early for work. So disappointing. 🙄

Very bad experience. The service has been terrible from the very first moment. Shortly after checking into my room, I realized there was no hot water, something I was never informed of during check-in, even though it was a technical problem with the hotel. I called reception to report the situation, and the receptionist yelled at me and hung up the phone, without giving me any explanation or solution. When I went down to reception to ask for information, the treatment was rude and unprofessional. The next day I was told to speak with the manager, who would be available "the following day." Three days have passed, and I'm still waiting; nobody is taking responsibility or even acknowledging the problem. I would drive from OKC to stay here rooms are super clean staff is cool AF, bonus they have ice machines on both floors. Morning breakfast is good and most importantly rates are super cheap|👍👍

The staff was great and the environment was very pleasant. The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed and a fine selection of streaming on the television. I especially enjoy the large desk for reading and writing. I will choose them again the next time I need a room in Enid.
