My stay was exceptional! The staff was friendly, attentive and went over and above to make sure I had everything I needed. Penny's Diner made meals quick and easy - large selection, great prices and delicious. Great price and pet friendly.

First off, know what this hotel is - inexpensive, dependable accommodations. No spa, no frills, just reasonable place to stay. The room was clean, AC worked well, Internet was good, everything worked, staff was courteous, no issues. They also have pretty good availability.

This hotel is one of the most aweful hotel we've ever been. Never take this hotel people. The photo's are far away from the reality. We've chosen this hotel also becouse of the gym photo we thought we can work out while staying here. The grampy receptionis said there's no gym in the hotel. Here is the gym photo if you google the hotel. They're even using it to get you stay in this hotel. The bed sheet is not fresh, you can see it was use from the other guest. They didn't change it for the new guest. 😬 I'm a member of one of the wellknown FB site in Europe for people who travel in the USA. I will post this to warn all the members.

Do not be fooled by the photos you see! Customer service is bad! We arrived while someone was being trained and the experience of getting our keys was less then professional. I tend to do a “quick clean” in all hotels I stay at with a simple Clorox wipe and some disinfectant spray. After passing the wipe ONE time I realized it would need a lot more than that. Never ever ever staying here again.

We stay here quite often for work and in the past 2 weeks I’ve had dirty rooms and more times than I can count in the past 3 1/2 years. The cleaners fluff up the sheets and pillows to make it look like it’s clean. It’s a shame that the first thing we have to do when we get in our room is pull the comforter (if you even consider that a comforter) and check to see if there is any hair or anything left behind. Management doesn’t do anything about it either. There are no repercussions for this behavior.
