Topspot 191 RV Park

This place is basically a junkyard with RV spots. The owner is absolutely a slum lord. The place is never Maintain there's weeds growing 3ft high at times and junk everywhere. Save your money or try the rv spots next door to this place.

We're regulars in this RV park and our experience in staying here for the most part is great. We have a small trailer but the accessible water and electricity makes our stay here really comfortable. The owner is very courteous and accommodating as well as the manager. There are some fruit trees in the compound like plums, apples and pears that one can enjoy if you happen to be staying here during the fruit season. I love one particular area here - it's the back side of this empty building at the entrance which is planted with different beautiful rose bushes. The rose bushes are not really maintained but still look beautiful (the gardener in me appreciates it). Love the owner Roger he’s very kind and generous helps me out if he possibly can I really appreciate that the rent is reasonable and the crucifix at night that’s lit up is very heartwarming it pacifies me come and check it out!

Stayed here approximately 7 months. Owner takes care of this park and consistently making improvements. There are many fruit trees throughout. Wifi , Laundry, and showers available. Nice view of the valley down below. Joanne is friendly and accommodating. I've thoroughly enjoyed my visit while staying here and you will too.

Of the 7 various Rv parks that we stayed at on our trip, this was the bottom of the list. It clearly shows years of neglect and lack of maintenance. There were dead weeds everywhere and my dogs could not get of the gravel without getting their paws full of goat heads. The owner was nice but obviously did have the time needed to take care of the place and didn't seem to have hired anyone to do any of the maintenance. It could be a nice place, with little time and elbow grease. We will look elsewhere, if we find ourselves in the area again.
