Baymont by Wyndham Belen NM

We fell upon this place by accident and were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast area is spacious and feels more upscale than a typical hotel breakfast area. We were thankful that it is right off the interstate; especially after a long day of traveling. The teens working the front desk seemed to be more interested in "hanging out" than checking us in-could use some training in customer service.

Room was nice and clean. Plenty of pillows on the bed. The room was decorated and up to date. Coffee was available 24 hours a day. Breakfast had a nice variety. The breakfast crew was friendly. The dining room was very inviting. I felt very safe traveling alone. I really can't say anything that I didn't like. I was disappointed that the pool was closed but it was winter and the pool was outside.

My only complaint was about an evening worker that thought it was funny to say " he's the guy no one wants to deal with" other than that Great hotel Great staff very clean , large T.V.s which are nice. Coffee 24/7 Morning Front desk lady was very pleasant even though I was having difficulties printing paperwork. She was very helpful and polite. Cleaning crews were very professional and polite. No real complaints and id happily stay here again.

Positive: "" Negative: Only 2 exterior doors were accessible from the outside - front and north. I parked at the back side of the hotel opposite the front door forcing me to walk around the hotel. The Wichita Falls Baymont has carded access at every exterior door.

The male cleaning service person was extremely unprofessional. Starting eyeing my partner, after he barged in on us after we told him not to come in. Seemed very intentional and creepy, especially with his hesitation to leave and lack of remorse. I should've gotten his name and sued
