currently staying here. Its not bad just getting ppl to clean up after themself has been a challenge. Place def NOT for physically disabled no elevator and even the bathroom u have a big step up to get in.Food is good. staff are ok so far . Its not a place u wanna be long term by no means but its suitable as a get u off street or deal. Just stay to self clean after yourself n u be ok

Is there a way to give negative stars? This place deserves about negative 10 Nasty, mice running around everywhere. And these are super nice, they can climb the walls and the ceilings. There has been no lights in the 2nd floor bathroom for 2 months. Staff is lazy. And this is not a hotel. It's considered a safe haven but nothing about it is save about it. I am a female last night a man punch me in the face did what up to his room a in a paper towel and threw it at me right in front of staff and they did absolutely nothing and that's after he's been in my room twice one-time putting something inside PCP and I almost died and he stole out of my room I don't know how many times because my roommate is his girlfriend and as of now the two staff members still have jobs and the guy still lives t

Unsafe unfit absolutely disgusting rodent infested mistreatment fire detectors some of them are not working I wonder if the clients work for the agency or the staff stays at the agency I have seen staff stay in rooms together as for the food you can see that even though they have there's a certified chef the food is not being rotated and it's supposed to it's being stacked on top of each other which could prevent food poisoning which is a danger for the residents at the facility for cleansingness zero on the scoreboard hospitality zero on the scoreboard services we do not receive services as residents here we do not receive services and no way no form no how we are being I have witness and I do have documentation and there is radio proof they may be stealing elements that are paid for HRA

Not a shelter it's A safe Haven. No guards, no machines, single man rooms and double. If it wasn't for always getting horrid roommates it would be best place I've been.

Poor guetto staffing. No resources. Small space. Full of rats. Terrible food. Staff save the goodies for themselves.I was verbally abused and treated differently than the other clients.
