Travel Inn

These people are amazing, I had nowhere to go at 9 AM. They told me wait an hour. I was supposed to wait till 3 PM. I walked the guy up at like 8:30 in the morning and he still had perfect customer service. I highly recommend this place to everybody.

We stayed there for one night when traveling to Boston. Rooms smelled like mold and there were insects in the bathroom. We asked to change the room but the different one was hardly better. Someone was listening to their TV very loudly and never reacted when I asked to turn down the volume multiple times. Unfortunately we were not able to go anywhere else since we came late at night. But honestly, I would rather be sleeping in the car. I’ve stayed in many cheaper hotels and never seen anything this gross.

If I could give negative 10 stars that still would not be enough. We reserved two nights through hotel.com. We did not know the area. Looked like a good place to stay. When we arrived. They obviously rent out rooms to people that can’t afford housing. Not a big deal but yeah a big deal. When we arrived we had to call a number listed on the door. The man finally came and we went into the office.(I guess that’s what you would call it) there was clearly a gallon of someone’s pee sitting there. It was just gross and disgusting. We tried to look past everything. Maybe it won’t be that bad. Let’s just go to the room. The man finally found our room key. Which was a house key he got from a baggie. It was very expensive and doesn't offer what they charge! The room is outdated and was a bit scary at night with some people screaming outside!

It's hard finding people that understand a relocating situation but they understood fully and were a big help. Rooms are nice and spacious and CLEAN. NO BUGS!! Room also was equipped with a balcony for your own privacy. I highly recommend anyone to stay here whether it's for a short term or long term stay. These people have beautiful souls here and are here to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
