Place is way overpriced for the dump that it is. Rented a cabin, had a bad smell in it the whole time, like a mold or moisture smell. Carpet ripped up in spots? TV is far too small. Virtually no hot water ever flows? Only warm water comes out as a dribble? Not enough to shower with!!! Lots of cold water, though!!! So you will have to only take baths after taking half hour to fill the tub. Windows don't lock properly. Room service only ever three days??? And you'll run out of soap, towels, and toilet paper every day. But when you go ask the owner lady for supplies and towels, it's like pulling teeth! She gives you nothing but negative unprofessional attitude. These people have no clue how to run a successful motel. None whatsoever! Do not stay here. Find something far better for the same m

We had the misfortune of spending a night at this motel recently. When we arrived most hotels were sold out so had to stay here. The owner/manager offered no discounts instead charged a very high rate for such an unclean, touched up, low quality motel.||||The rooms although 'refurbished' are not very clean. The amenities are basic and the hotel serves no breakfast (like other Americas Best Value Inns elsewhere). The quality of stay is below average. I would'nt pay more than $50/nt for such a class motel. Our room had 2 queen beds, a tv, an old fashioned wardrobe and a tiny bathroom with a shower. Cleanliness is not on top of their list. We stayed in a single cabin. Everything was musty when we checked in, couldn't get rid of the smell. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the sink did not drain and there were visible hairs scattered over the basin. Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I don't think it was worth the cost. It is in a relatively quiet area though, so there's that.

For a budget accommodation along a quiet stretch of Route 1, this place hit all the right marks. Check-in was courteous and warm, the lobby area was spotlessly clean, as was our room. I was surprised by the bold colors and high quality AC in the room. One thing to be aware of is that water pressure in the shower will fluctuate a lot depending on time of day, if others are showering you may experience much lower pressure. But in every other respect the bathroom was modern and well-designed. Recommended for a budget option.

We visited Rhode Island just for an overnight stay and to visit the beaches. We were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a 2 double bed cottage which was quite roomy, clean with small fridge and microwave (most convenient since we came with lots of stuff!) My young daughter enjoyed the idea of our own little cottage which was in a private part of the complex. The beds were comfortable and soft which I like although my husband who has back problems wasn't so pleased but he is used to a more firm mattress. I also liked the idea of plenty of storage and small desk area for belongings as well. Bathroom was clean and air conditioning worked very well. We would stay here again.
