TownePlace Suites by Marriott Providence North Kingstown

My husband and I stayed here for a little over 2 months because we travel for work and this hotel has been our favorite so far! The staff is so kind and personable. Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable, but we felt like the staff cared about us and made it a point to talk to us and interact with us and our 2 dogs we travel with. Eli specially is the BEST! So kind and sweet to our dogs. The front desk ladies and gents are amazing too. The housekeepers are very sweet as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area. It’s close to everything you need.

This is a very nice, clean newer hotel. Not too far from Providence, URI, Wickford Village, Narragansett Beaches and Newport. Something to do in all directions. Comfortable bed and the room had a descent kitchenette for longer stays. Included breakfast had good choices. There's a gym and pool on the main floor. Across the street is a good sized shopping center with alternate places to eat. Would like to see a mirror in the main room. Only one is located in the bathroom. We'll keep this hotel on our list for a return visit down the road.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was pleasant and checking in and out were simple. The hotel was very clean including the hallways, elevator, pool and breakfast area. Our room was amazing! It was very modern and had a small kitchen area with everything you need including a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Disappointing Stay Due to Persistent WiFi Issues and Poor Hygiene Standards I stayed at this hotel for approximately 20 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From day one, I encountered ongoing WiFi connectivity issues. Despite raising multiple complaints with the IT staff, the problem remained unresolved throughout my stay. This is especially inconvenient for international travelers like myself who rely heavily on WiFi for communication and work, unlike local guests who may have access to mobile data. What’s more concerning is the apparent lack of urgency or genuine care from the hotel staff regarding guest feedback. While the hotel promotes "free WiFi" and other amenities on its website, the reality falls significantly short of these promises. Additionally,

The location is pretty ideal with many stores and restaurants close by. I disliked being right next to the highway. You definitely hear the road noise while you are sleeping. Staff was responsive and helpful. The room is adequate nothing overly fancy but it was clean.
