Travel Inn Motel

The moment we walked into the room, there was a terrible smell. The showers and towels were disgusting and stained. The area felt unsafe, especially at night. When we arrived late at night, they told us they couldn’t find our reservation and that they had no available rooms — even though we had already booked online. In the morning, they started saying they would charge us extra money. It felt like a complete scam. Yes, the price is cheap, but I strongly recommend looking somewhere else. Never again…

Most parts of Anaheim are nice. The cheaper hotels aren’t always what the picture says and they don’t have the same quality of cleanliness, which I think if the cheaper ones spent some time going the extra mile caring about leaving an impression, took their time, or hiring some more cleaners, people would stay more often at the cheaper hotels if they are ones on the side with trying to save money while visiting Disneyland or surrounding areas and enjoy their stay instead of being let down. The area of this hotel isn’t the greatest but when you are in your room it is quite, which is nice. I don’t want to sound like the location is that horrible (it’s not bad if you plan on just staying in your room to sleep) but the surrounding areas aren’t that nice. The motel is way nicer inside than you would think, the prices are very reasonable and this is a family run establishment with clean rooms and friendly service. The tvs and fridge are updated, the bedding clean and new, fresh paint, nicely decorated and its not run down like some of the other motels running similar prices. Id recommend this place for anyone looking to find an affordable safe comfortable room short or longer stays.

I had the jacuzzi room. It was pretty decent. The door was very hard to open, the plug sockets by the bed on one side didnt work, the jacuzzi tub wasnt the cleanest. There were also some shady looking people that were roaming around outside. Also I thought it was ridiculous how you had to pay an extra fee if you wanted to check in early. They do require a cash deposit, which is inconvenient but they do have an ATM machine on site. Overall I dont think it was worth what it cost.
