Adventure Tower at Disneyland Hotel

It’s the Adventure Tower at The Disneyland hotel. Excellent stay as have been previous stays. Service upon parking and check in is top notch. Clean, safe, convenient location. Room was clean and has a Disney vibe. It does come with a hefty price, but not inconsistent with the experience provided. Noting the room was showing signs consistent with age and use. Laundry facilities on site for guest use are priced consistent with many laundromats.

We left for the park and our tub was dry, came back at 10 pm and it was filled with WARM water -so obviously someone in the hotel knew the problem. When we called for maintenance, 30+ minutes later we were given towels. We had to SPONGE BATHE at a Disney hotel. Absolutely degrading and unacceptable. When we complained to a manager, all we were given were lightning lane passes for our last day out of 3 days. They have shown they care more about being corporate than continuing the Disney magic. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. We will not be back.

Amazing room that is just super convenient for our Disneyland trip! I don't think I will ever stay at any other hotel if I don't have to. There is also the added perk of getting into the park and riding rides 30 minutes before the park opens! That was a game changer! Highly recommend staying here if you never have!

The location of the tower is obviously the best! The rooms are immaculate, as well as housekeeping services! The bedding/mattresses are amazing! There is an awfully lot of construction going on throughout the Disneyland Resort. So there are quite a few inconveniences because of that. But I leave again tomorrow if I could!
