These are the best worst apartments to live in! Just as sketchy as it looks from the inside & out it is! Strangers hanging out in the parking lot & outside of the apartment building all night & day usually homeless & at night they dig thru the trash cans & leave trash all along the floors. If you’re a single mom I highly suggest staying somewhere else, & I’ve checked for predators because these apartments don’t do background checks & yes some do live there so again stay with caution! If the neighbors see you live alone they will watch your every move, & it’s understandable they’re either elderly or don’t work so they’re always home but VERY nosy neighbors NO PRIVACY(usually men) & a lot of fighting in the nights the walls are thin so you can hear everything inside and outside of the apartm

Huge room kitchen and great rates clean and quiet

Quiet and respectful discibes this place the best. Staff are professional and easy to get along with , residents are always helpful when you need it . The place is clean and the pool is always clean. All around nice place

They offer long-term staying where you can pay the rent weekly or monthly. Fully furnished with a full bath, queen bed, 32 inch TV, and kitchen with a four burner stove and oven and a full sized refrigerator.

It's OK but I have not had my room painted or my rug shampooed for 8 years. The staff is friendly and the maintenance people are very good 👍
