I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room reeked of weed and cigarette smoke, even though I specifically requested a non-smoking king size bed room. When I brought it up, the front desk told me they didn’t have any rooms like that. The room had no electricity except in the bathroom. The beds and overall condition were so bad that we were genuinely worried about bedbugs, so we left immediately without staying the night. Despite all of this, the hotel refused to refund us. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs. The beds were in such poor and dirty condition, it was a disgrace to even consider laying down on them.

I am a nurse at one of the downtown hospitals. The area was expecting ice overnight and I live an hour away so I decided to get a room for the night instead of sleeping on the hospital floor-at least I would get a bed and a hot shower! The first room I was given, the safety latch was busted off the wall. I immediately called the front desk and the very helpful clerk moved me to a new room. The second room I was given seemed ok but it smelled musty and old. When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water! It didn't even turn on in the bathtub. I ended up having to wash up in the sink (it had hot water). Then I pulled back the sheets and there was a dirty brown "skid mark" across the bed. I don’t even know how to begin—this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel. I stopped here during a road trip because I was exhausted and needed a place to rest, but it turned out to be a terrible mistake. When I arrived, the door wouldn’t close properly, and I had to use a chair to keep it shut. Then I went to the bathroom, only to find that the sink didn’t work at all. I tried to stay calm and figure out what to do, but things just got worse. When I pulled back the sheets, I was shocked to find they were stained. There were also no towels, no soap—absolutely nothing provided for basic hygiene. I immediately sent a message through the booking app to report the issues, but no one responded. Don't stay here. Room stinks. Bed is hard. Needs paint. Wallpaper pulling off the wall. Mold smell. Chemical smell. Bedding is very old.
